Profile For Financial Assistance
Introduction
The aim of this profile is
to explain the process of receiving donations, loans and sponsorships
from individuals and organizations. The process will show the
accountability, transparency and correct use of the donated money.
Initially we have started the program and
got a huge response from villagers in Bangladesh, with more cows
requested by existing recipients and an appeal for new cows by others.
To successfully continue this project we need urgent help from various
sources.
The Procedures
The procedures start when an individual
or organization shows interest in providing financial support. Then the
Chairman will contact Trustee Board members who are also Executive
Committee members for the possible grant and make preparation to receive
the money. When the money is given to the Chairman, he will transfer it
through a bank account to the Executive Board to use the money to buy
cows.

Assistance
Reporting on the Financial Support
The financial donor or loan provider will receive a money
receipt immediately after delivering the money to the Chairman.
Executive members will buy cows and the provider will receive a list of
families or recipients names along with pictures with their cows. A
report will be provided to the donor after eighteen months regarding the
money, its distribution and profits. This will be a standard policy of
the organization.
