v     ■ To create awareness among rural people and bring facilities for enhancement of education, health, hygiene and  environment.

v     ■ To create a comprehensive and integrated rural poverty alleviation system and bring it to the doorsteps of the vast majority of poor and destitute rural people.

v     ■ To formulate a plan for the development of human resources, creating opportunities for career development and utilization of human resources.

v     ■  To develop opportunities for research, training, welfare, financial development and humanitarian services.

v     ■ To create an environment for interaction of the rural, less educated people with the more enlightened people of the country and the world and thereby improve overall social conditions.
