Plantation Project

RES is planning for a new project “Plantation of Fruit Trees” besides the village roads. Among many others, there is about a 3 kilometer long street in remote area which passes through two villages- Char haripur and Char Barvilla, of the district on Mymenshingh, Bangladesh. Once there were hundred of trees beside the road including fruits and other trees. Today as you can see in the pictures, all have gone. Both sides of the road is bare land, no trees. Village have less fruits to eat, birds have no food, no shelter and so the shade beside the street. Not to mention that there is environmental deterioration overall.

We are registered incorporated non-profit organization (www.resbd.org ), have access of water, clear budget, manpower and joint effort from another NGO in Australia, can provide clear feedback, project evaluation and the project will provide biodiversity conservation and environmental justice.
